We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable but we'll work with you to ensure you love your piece.

Yes! Every order comes beautifully packaged in our signature gift box. We also offer premium gift wrapping with handwritten notes for special occasions.
